Best Beginner-Friendly Linux Distributions for Gaming

Definitely check out Ubuntu as it's a solid all-around choice for beginners who want to game. It's user-friendly and offers a lot of community support.

CachyOS is also a strong contender! It's optimized for general use but has excellent support for gaming if you don't mind learning a bit. Many users, including myself, have found that it runs games even better than Windows in some cases!

For something that's easy to get going, I'd recommend Mint with either Gnome or Cinnamon; it's friendly for newbies and has good gaming support too.

If you're open to a bit of effort, Garuda Dragonized Gaming Edition is another good option. It comes geared up for gaming right out of the box and sets itself up pretty smoothly.
