Help Me Optimize My $1200-$1500 PC Build for Gaming and Simulation

I'm a new PC builder in the US with a budget between $1200 and $1500, and I'm hoping to keep costs as low as possible. My primary focus is running Isaac Sim, but I also want to play games like Cyberpunk, Fortnite, CS2, GTA V, COD, Marvel Rivals, Roblox, and Minecraft. I've done some research and have a list of components I want to use, but I could really use some advice on optimizing my selections for compatibility and performance while also looking for ways to potentially reduce costs.

Have you checked out Micro Center? If you live near one, you can find great bundles for the CPU, motherboard, and RAM that might help you save some money!

Totally! I think OP might be near one—I've seen the Ryzen 7 7700X bundle for $499 there. It's a solid deal!

Everything looks great! Just a thought—if you can stretch your budget a bit, look at getting a better SSD or a case that includes fans to improve airflow. Also, you might be spending too much on that air cooler!

I realized I could go for a non-SE cooler that’s $10 cheaper, so that’s the plan!

Consider swapping out for the 9060XT 16GB GPU if you're focusing on gaming alone. It's cheaper and only about 4% slower than the 5060 Ti. That could save you enough to grab a better CPU bundle!

Isaac Sim needs RT cores, though. I initially looked at the 4080, but decided on the 5060 Ti to stick to my budget.

Your parts list looks solid! Just make sure that CPU, motherboard, and RAM deals are coming from reliable sources. Also, I’d definitely recommend upgrading to a 750W power supply for extra headroom.

Good idea! I found a 750W unit for just $4 more, so I'm making that change.
