I'm starting a new business that heavily relies on AWS for our infrastructure. However, right after signing up, my account was suspended. AWS has been sending automated emails requesting additional information, and despite providing everything they asked for—and more—I'm stuck receiving the same automated replies.
I opened a support case, but it's been a week and it's still unassigned, plus I can't upgrade my support plan since that option leads to a suspended page. The only accessible pages for me are related to support cases and payment details. I can't find a way to reach a human representative through live chat or phone, which is incredibly frustrating.
I really need help getting this sorted so I can understand what else is needed to get my account up and running, as I've invested a lot into launching my business. If anyone has advice or can point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

You're relying on AWS for your product launch but can't get the account activated? Honestly, maybe reconsider using AWS. If you're not a huge customer yet, their support doesn’t seem to prioritize you. It might be a rocky road ahead for future support too.
I totally relate! I've had the same issue—twice now! I’m in this frustrating loop where I’m not sure what changes I need to make, and no support is available.

I plan to become a big customer soon and I’m willing to pay for premium support—if I can just get through this first step.
