How can I stop a subscription that isn’t showing in my purchase history?

I subscribed to an app for one month to try it, but I didn't like it and thought I canceled the subscription. I was charged again this month, yet the subscription doesn't appear under my app purchases or subscription settings. I also can't access the account I originally created because it was deleted. I've submitted a refund request to support but haven't received a response after two days. How can I make sure the subscription is canceled so I won't be charged again next month?

First check the App Store’s subscription page: open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then choose Subscriptions. You can also check Settings > your name > Subscriptions. If it says “Renews on,” it’s still active; if it says “Expires on,” it has been canceled. Canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date should prevent the next charge. Also review your purchase history and search your email for an Apple receipt, since the subscription may have been purchased with a different Apple Account. If it’s missing from both places, contact Apple Support with the charge details— it may have been billed outside Apple’s system or through another account.

That’s the problem—the subscription and the charge aren’t appearing in my purchase history at all, so I’m not sure which account it’s connected to.
