I regularly listen to the Anxiety Slayer podcast because it helps with my mental health, but it's scheduled to be removed from Spotify at the end of the year. Is there a legitimate way to save or download the episodes beforehand, or access them through another podcast app so I can keep listening? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

If the show is available outside Spotify, the easiest option is to use a podcast app that supports downloading episodes for offline listening. Search for the podcast by name in a few major podcast apps and check whether the episodes are offered there. Spotify’s downloads are generally tied to the app, so they can’t simply be copied as ordinary audio files.
Knowing the exact podcast helps because availability varies by show. Since it’s Anxiety Slayer, try searching for it on other podcast platforms or the publisher’s website; there may be downloadable episodes or an archive available there before the Spotify listing disappears.

I hadn’t checked other podcast apps yet. Is there one you’d recommend starting with?
