I'm creating content on a Linux computer and want to use my Android phone—specifically a Motorola Moto G52—as a microphone. On Windows, WO Mic worked well, but I haven't been able to get AudioRelay working on Linux, and it also has a one-hour limit. I'm currently using an early-access app called MicStream, which automatically creates the virtual audio device, but it includes ads and may remain time-limited. I'm having trouble understanding how to create or configure a virtual microphone device manually. What software or setup would let me use my phone as a reliable microphone on Linux?
