Is This First Gaming PC Build Compatible, and Are There Better Part Choices?

This is my first PC build, and I'd really appreciate a compatibility check before buying anything. The system will mainly be used for gaming, so I'm also open to suggestions for better-value or more suitable components. I'm particularly unsure about the graphics card choice and whether there are any potential issues with the overall parts list.

Before buying, double-check the motherboard, processor, memory, power supply, case clearances, and cooling as a complete set. The graphics card in the list may be an older model that has been discontinued or replaced, so pricing and availability could make a newer option a better choice. For a modern gaming build, a 16GB RX 9060 XT could work as an alternative, provided its price is reasonable and the power supply has the required capacity and connectors.

Would a Gigabyte Gaming OC RX 9060 XT with 16GB of memory be a suitable replacement?
