Why Is Google Displaying Random Titles and Previews for My Site?

Hey everyone! I've been running a Nuxt 3 website hosted on Vercel with Storyblok as my CMS since late 2024. Recently, I noticed that in Google search results, my site is showing completely random titles and descriptions that have nothing to do with my content. For example, instead of my actual title, which should be 'Welcome to this website', it's showing 'Honest Greens along with a url from a different domain. I've tried several fixes, like asking for re-indexing and ensuring my Nuxt security settings are solid, but nothing has worked. I'm worried there might be a deeper issue like a hack, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like Google might be rewriting your titles and descriptions based on the content on your page, headers, or even user search queries. Make sure your content aligns well with your meta tags and check that you’re not duplicating them across different pages. The URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console can help you see how Google is viewing your pages.

Thanks for the insight! It's strange that Search Console isn’t indicating any issues. I wouldn’t mind if Google showed related titles, but these results are completely unrelated and in a different language!
