I'm planning a major upgrade from an Intel Core i9-9900K and RTX 2080 Ti. I currently use a 1440p monitor and want to continue gaming at 2560×1440 with more than 100 FPS, since I consider anything below that too slow. Most of the games I play currently require low settings and still deliver disappointing frame rates.
My proposed build is:

Would you change anything for better value, cooling, compatibility, or long-term reliability? Also, is this hardware better suited to 1440p high-refresh gaming, or should I be considering a 4K monitor instead?
