Is a used RX 6700 XT still worth buying in 2026?

I'm putting together an affordable gaming PC using mostly used parts, and I'm considering an RX 6700 XT. I'm not aiming to play demanding upcoming games at 4K—I'd mainly like solid 1080p performance and some 1440p gaming. Does this graphics card still make sense in 2026, and what would be a reasonable used price?

For roughly €200–€250, it can still be a good deal. It offers noticeably better performance than an RX 6600 XT and may be cheaper than comparable Nvidia options. Just make sure the card has been tested and isn’t overheating or suffering from unstable fans.

It’s a sensible choice if you don’t need 4K or heavy ray tracing. Expect a good 1440p experience with settings adjusted, and strong 1080p performance. If the seller is asking much more than similar newer cards, though, the value becomes less appealing.

Yes, it’s still a capable budget GPU. It should handle most games at 1080p on high settings and many titles at 1440p with medium or high settings. The main factor is the price and the condition of the specific card.
