I bought a new GMK87 barebones mechanical keyboard and charged it for about 10 hours, but it still appears completely off when I try switching to Bluetooth or 2.4GHz mode. I'm not sure whether it has a power button, a mode switch, or another way to activate the battery. What should I check?

Because this is a barebones GMK87, make sure the board is actually assembled with the switches and keycaps installed if the model requires them for normal testing. Try connecting it by USB first to see whether it powers on, then check the manual for the Bluetooth and 2.4GHz shortcuts or switch positions.
Check the sides and underside of the keyboard for a small power or mode switch. Tri-mode boards usually have a selector for wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz operation, and it can be easy to miss. Also confirm that the battery connector is plugged into the PCB, since some barebones kits ship with the battery disconnected for safety.
