I've been tweaking my BIOS and cooling setup for weeks, but I'm still concerned about my Ryzen 7 9850X3D temperatures. The CPU is cooled by a Thermalright Wonder Vision 360 AIO with DURONAUT thermal paste. My room is kept around 23–25°C, and I close unnecessary background applications before gaming. I'm seeing about 58–60°C at idle and 70–83°C while playing God of War. Curve Optimizer is set to -25, and I've also tried PBO Advanced with manual limits of 115W PPT, 90A TDC, and 105A EDC. Are these temperatures abnormal, or should I be checking the AIO installation and pump settings?

Those gaming temperatures are well within the normal range for an X3D processor. Unless you’re reaching around 95°C, throttling, or seeing crashes, 70–83°C during a game isn’t a problem. I wouldn’t sell the system over these numbers.
The load temperatures look fine, but the idle temperature seems a little higher than expected. It would be worth checking the cooler installation anyway: make sure the protective film was removed, the mounting pressure is even, the paste spread properly, and the pump is connected to the correct header and running at a high speed. Check the reported pump RPM in BIOS as well, since a weak or failing pump could explain higher idle temperatures.
I have the same CPU on air cooling and get lower idle temperatures, but your gaming results still aren’t alarming. Idle readings can vary depending on background activity, fan curves, sensor behavior, and how the motherboard handles voltage. Focus more on sustained temperatures under a consistent workload than on brief idle spikes.
Try setting the pump to full speed temporarily and retest. If the temperature barely changes, inspect the mount and confirm the pump is actually circulating properly.
