I'm trying to preorder an iPhone 18 Pro using Creation's monthly finance option, but the application keeps failing with error messages and won't let me complete the purchase. Has anyone else experienced this, or managed to get their order through?

Same here—the application has been showing errors for about an hour. It looks like too many people are trying to apply at once.
I’m having the same issue whether I start through the email link or the Apple Store app. It may simply be that Creation’s system is struggling with the preorder traffic.
I managed to reach checkout, but then received a message saying the application couldn’t be progressed because of technical issues. My order page says payment approval is still pending, so I’m not sure whether the phone order actually went through. I’d avoid placing another order until the finance status updates, since you could accidentally end up with duplicates.
There seem to be wider problems with preorder payments and orders not appearing correctly in customer accounts. I also saw incorrect eligibility messages, such as being told I was under 18 or over 120 despite being neither. The finance process has been particularly unreliable today.
I tried through the app as well, but it still seems overloaded. I’m going to wait and try again later rather than submit another application.
