We recently blocked charges from another hosting company after being unable to reach them, but Network Solutions may be providing important services. Start by finding the invoices and determining which account they belong to. Locate the login, list every product and domain, and identify who currently manages DNS, the website, and email. Then have an IT professional review what is active and document the renewal dates before anything is canceled or transferred.
The most important thing is making sure your company controls its domain registrar account. Verify that the business owns the account, has current payment and contact information, and can access the transfer and recovery settings. Losing access to the domain can disrupt both the website and email.
A finance or accounting contact may know who receives the invoices, but the person managing the website or email is usually the best person to confirm what each charge is for.
