I've got a CMD file for an app that lets me use Discord since it's banned in my country. I want to have this CMD file run automatically when my computer starts up, but I'm not sure how to set it up. I tried looking for solutions online but didn't find anything. Any advice?

To make your CMD file start automatically, you can simply press Windows+R, type "shell:startup" and hit enter. This will open the startup folder where you can drop a shortcut to your CMD file. The easiest way to add it is to drag the file with the right mouse button and select "Create Shortcut" when you drop it in that folder.
You can also use Task Scheduler for this. It allows you to set tasks that can run programs on startup. Just remember, it might seem a bit complex at first!
I've used a program called Goodbyedpi alongside my CMD file. It runs in the background and might help depending on your needs!
