I replaced the stock GPU thermal interface material on my Zotac RTX 5090 Solid OC with a Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet and tested it in Cyberpunk 2077. The GPU reached 67.1°C, the hotspot peaked at 73.8°C, and the core-to-hotspot difference was only 6.7°C. Memory junction and memory chip temperatures both reached 88°C. The card pulled up to 423 W while the fans reached roughly 1,740 RPM. I reused the original VRAM thermal pads or putty. Do these results look good, and is 88°C memory junction temperature normal for an RTX 5090 running around 400–423 W?

Those temperatures look excellent. A 67°C GPU temperature and only a 6.7°C core-to-hotspot difference suggest the KryoSheet is making very good contact. An 88°C memory junction temperature is also reasonable for a 5090 drawing over 400 W, especially with the original VRAM thermal material still in place.
That is reassuring. Before replacing the interface material, the hotspot was around 95–96°C, and the original thermal paste had already started to melt.
