I'm putting together a gaming PC with a budget of around $1,500 and would appreciate some feedback before ordering the parts. I'll mainly play Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnite at 1440p with a high refresh-rate monitor, although I may also play more demanding AAA games. I'm considering using a Ryzen 5 7500X3D bundle from Micro Center for the processor, motherboard, and memory instead of purchasing those parts separately. Does the build look well balanced, and are there any parts I should replace or upgrade for better performance and value?

The Micro Center bundle is probably the first thing to check, since combining the CPU, motherboard, and RAM can save a decent amount. You may also be able to save by buying the graphics card there if the price is competitive. For this budget, putting the savings toward the GPU or better memory would make more sense than overspending on accessories.
I’d change a few things. Arctic P12 Pro fans are usually less expensive and perform very well, so they’re a better value than premium case fans. The power supply also looks more expensive and higher-wattage than necessary; a reputable 750W Gold unit should be enough for this class of system. For Fortnite and Minecraft, a stronger gaming CPU such as a Ryzen 5 7600X3D or Ryzen 5 9600X could help, especially at very high frame rates, although the graphics card will matter more in demanding AAA games at 1440p. Most importantly, don’t run a single 16GB memory stick if you can avoid it. A 2x16GB DDR5-6000 kit will provide dual-channel performance and give you 32GB from the start.
