Hey everyone! I'm a System Administrator for a multi-academy trust (MAT) in the UK, and we've been using InVentry for digital sign-ins for our staff, sixth form students, late arrivals, and visitors. Lately, I've been feeling concerned about their support, as it seems to have declined over the past couple of years. Has anyone else experienced the same, or is it just us? Cheers!

For us, it's been a fantastic product that has only improved over the years. Their support has been excellent too. Just so you know, I do have shares in this company, but I genuinely think they deliver on quality!
I've used InVentry across several schools and my advice is to avoid it. It feels overpriced given the issues we've faced, particularly with sixth form sign-ins for safeguarding. Have you considered alternatives like SignInApp?
Our experience with their support was pretty terrible. We generally advise others to steer clear of InVentry when possible.
Unfortunately, I’ve heard from others that InVentry is still the best out there, despite its flaws. It's not perfect, though!
We looked into InVentry but found it too pricey. We switched to SignInApp, which is much more affordable and meets our needs well. Just a heads up, we're a smaller school, so that might affect how others view their options.
