I'm currently using MX-4 thermal paste on my laptop, which has an Intel i7-12450H processor and an RTX 3050Ti graphics card. I've noticed that my CPU reaches temperatures of 95-98°C when in turbo mode, so I'm wondering if switching to a different thermal paste could help manage the heat better.

It sounds like you're running into the thermal limits that can come with high-performance Intel laptops, especially models like yours. Lots of times, manufacturers skimp on the cooling systems, and that could be why you're seeing those high temps. Consider that better thermal paste might not solve everything if the underlying cooling isn’t great.
I totally see where you're coming from! I have a similar setup and the cooling was a huge downside for me too.
