I'm trying to learn coding, but I find it hard to stay consistent. Some days, I'm super motivated, while on other days, just starting feels like a big challenge. I'm interested to hear about the routines, tools, or habits that have helped others maintain their learning progress, especially during tough times.

Turning off your internet can really help! It removes distractions, allowing you to focus on coding instead of getting sidetracked by browsing. I find that once I eliminate those distractions, I'm much more productive.
A great way to stay consistent is to just keep doing it, even if it feels boring. Find coding projects that excite you! For instance, I built a small web app to help me learn French by conjugating verbs. When you care about the project, it becomes easier to push yourself to learn something new. Also, don't hesitate to take breaks! Programming can be tough, and a little downtime for your brain is essential.
Have you heard of the "Don't Break the Chain" method? It's a productivity trick from Jerry Seinfeld that encourages daily progress. Just make sure you code consistently, and try not to break the chain of daily practice!
That sounds interesting! I’ll have to check that out when I need a boost.
