I'm moving an OEM Alienware IPCFL-SC motherboard into a custom case. The system powers on normally—the PSU and fans spin—but it never reaches POST and the monitor stays at "No Signal." The hardware includes a GTX 1060 3GB, one OEM Samsung JEDEC memory module, and a recently purchased standard ATX power supply. I've already tried waiting more than two minutes for possible memory training, manually selecting the monitor input, checking the graphics card's 6-pin power connection, and moving or reseating the memory, but there's still no display.

Fans spinning only confirms that the power supply is turning on; it doesn’t mean the board is completing its startup checks. Make sure the memory module is installed in the slot the board labels as DIMM 1, and reseat both the RAM and the GTX 1060. Also verify that the graphics card’s 6-pin connector is fully latched.
Since this is an OEM Alienware board in a different case, double-check the power connections and case wiring carefully. Confirm that the replacement ATX PSU is connected to every required motherboard power socket, including the CPU power connector, and that the case power-switch header is wired to the correct pins. If possible, test the board outside the case with only the CPU, cooler, one RAM stick, and graphics output connected; that can rule out a misplaced standoff or a short against the case.
The PSU is a newer unit I bought separately rather than the original Alienware power supply, so I’m checking its motherboard and CPU power leads again.
I reseated the card and tried the memory slot change, but unfortunately it didn’t make a difference.
