The Lancool 207 is a good case, but make sure you add a rear exhaust fan. Even an inexpensive quality 120mm fan should improve airflow and temperatures noticeably.
The parts are generally compatible and make for a strong gaming build. The 7800X3D, RX 9070 XT, 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30, and 850W power supply are all sensible choices. The Phantom Spirit is also more than capable of cooling the CPU.
Depending on local prices, you could consider a less expensive B850 board unless you specifically need the Aorus Elite’s extra features. The savings could go toward a newer Ryzen 7 9800X3D, if the price difference is reasonable.
