Your laptop is using integrated graphics, while every GPU listed by the game is a dedicated gaming graphics card. The 9GB figure is mostly shared system memory, not equivalent to having 9GB of fast dedicated VRAM. The integrated Intel GPU is substantially below an RTX 2060, RX 5600 XT, or Arc A750, so the game is unlikely to run properly.
The 128MB dedicated-video-memory number can be misleading because integrated graphics borrow additional memory from system RAM. That shared memory does not make the GPU comparable to a dedicated graphics card. Based on these specifications, the system is well below the minimum requirements, so I would not buy the game expecting it to be playable. For a future gaming computer, targeting at least the recommended requirements is the safer approach.
