I'm putting together a gaming PC and already have the GPU and memory: a Sapphire Pulse RX 9070 XT bought used for about $650 and DDR5 RAM purchased for around $360. My current parts list has gone over budget, so I'm looking for alternatives that keep roughly the same performance. Slightly more expensive options are fine, but I'd prefer recommendations that reduce the overall cost where possible. Please also keep in mind that the listed prices for the GPU and RAM are no longer accurate for me.

There are probably cheaper builds with comparable performance, but regional pricing matters a lot. Bundle discounts from major retailers may not apply outside the United States, so the best recommendations should be based on the prices and stores available in your country rather than assuming those deals are accessible.
Since your actual GPU and memory prices were about $650 and $360, respectively, the total build cost is lower than the parts list suggests. I’d focus on comparing the cooler, motherboard, SSD, case, and power supply locally. Avoid paying extra for features you won’t use, but don’t cut corners on the PSU or case airflow.
The case and cooling setup are good places to cut costs. A cheaper airflow-focused case paired with a few 140 mm PWM fans may cool better than an expensive case with fewer fans. I’d also consider an 850 W ATX 3.1 Gold-rated power supply; it’s a worthwhile quality and capacity upgrade for only a small price increase, especially with a high-end graphics card.
You can likely save around $100–$200 without losing performance. The Thermalright Phantom Spirit is a newer, slightly improved alternative to the Peerless Assassin and often costs less. A more affordable B650E board can provide similar connectivity while adding PCIe 5.0 support to the main graphics slot. You can also use less expensive DDR5-6000 memory and a similar 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive, though since you already own the RAM, there’s no reason to replace it.

I’m not in the United States, so those bundle deals aren’t available to me. I’ve also already bought the graphics card and RAM, so I’m mainly trying to optimize the remaining parts.
