I'm fairly new to choosing PC parts and would appreciate a sanity check on this build. I already have an SSD, but I still need to choose a case and I'm not sure how to determine compatibility or airflow requirements. Are these parts a good match, or would you recommend changing anything?

For the case, look for an ATX-compatible model with good front or bottom intake airflow, space for a large graphics card, and enough CPU-cooler clearance for the Phantom Spirit. Checking the case’s GPU-length and cooler-height specifications against your exact parts is the main thing.
Nothing immediately stands out as needing replacement. Just make sure the case supports a full-size ATX motherboard and has at least three or four quality fans, or budget for additional fans if it does not include them.
