I'm trying to use a second monitor for streaming, reading chat, and running OBS. My graphics card has one HDMI port, but the other ports look different and my HDMI cable doesn't fit them. There's also an HDMI-looking port near the USB and keyboard connections, but connecting the monitor there doesn't seem to work. Are those other ports DisplayPort, and should I use a DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable or adapter?

The ports on the graphics card that look similar to HDMI are probably DisplayPort. If your second monitor only accepts HDMI, use a DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable or adapter connected from the graphics card to the monitor. Make sure it is specifically designed for DisplayPort output to HDMI input.
The HDMI port near the keyboard and USB connections is on the motherboard, not the graphics card. It may not work unless your processor has integrated graphics enabled. For the most reliable setup, connect both monitors directly to the dedicated graphics card. If it has DisplayPort outputs, a DP-to-HDMI cable should do the job.
