How Can I Connect the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck to My PC?

I bought a Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck, including the Dual Throttle and Flightstick II. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by Turtle Beach support, but the PC setup app requires the flightstick to be in Xbox controller mode. My Flightstick II doesn't seem to have that mode, so I'm stuck and can't link the devices to my computer. What should I try next?

It’s worth checking the official setup and firmware instructions for both the Dual Throttle and Flightstick II. Make sure each device is updated separately and connected directly to the PC rather than through a USB hub. If the app still insists on Xbox mode even after the firmware is current, the unit may be defective or the software may be using the wrong device profile. In that case, ask Turtle Beach support for a replacement or return it while you still can.

If the Flightstick II genuinely has no Xbox/controller mode, don’t keep forcing the setup process. Confirm that you installed the correct PC utility for the Flightstick II rather than an Xbox-focused configuration tool. If the correct software still won’t recognize it, document the error and contact the retailer or Turtle Beach for an exchange.
