My Windows 11 computer connects to Wi‑Fi, but it shows "No Internet, secured" and says the device can only access other devices on the local network. I have already restarted the computer, unplugged and restarted the Wi‑Fi equipment, and performed a network reset. My phone's hotspot does connect to the computer.
