Since June, my PC has occasionally shut down completely without warning—usually only a few times per month. Recently, whenever I try to launch Halloween: The Game, it powers off immediately, and it sometimes shuts down again soon after restarting. Other games appear to work normally. I ran a stress test with HWiNFO and didn't notice any problems. Could this be related to the power supply, GPU, or something else?

The fact that it happens specifically while launching this game, while other games are fine, suggests there may also be a game-specific compatibility or driver issue. Try reinstalling or clean-installing the GPU driver, verifying the game files, updating the motherboard BIOS and chipset drivers, and disabling any overclocking or memory tuning temporarily. If the PC still cuts power during a low-load launch, testing with another known-good PSU would be a useful way to confirm or eliminate the power-supply theory.
If the computer is losing power completely rather than crashing to a blue screen or desktop, a power-delivery problem is one possibility. The PSU may be faulty, a power cable could be loose, or a sudden load spike when the game starts could be triggering protection. A 750W RM750x should normally be enough for this hardware, so the wattage alone doesn’t prove the PSU is the problem.
