I'm building my first PC, mainly for Microsoft Flight Simulator on a monitor and in VR, along with first-person shooters such as Battlefield and Warzone, plus FIFA. I'm deciding between a used RTX 4090 priced at $1,250 and a new RTX 5080 costing $1,400. My main concern is whether newer features such as DLSS 5 will remain limited to the 50-series, since there has not been clear confirmation about future support for RTX 40-series cards. Assuming both listings are legitimate, which GPU would make more sense for my needs?
