I'm looking to spend around $15–20 on roughly 100–200 grams of thermal paste. It may be used with higher-end hardware such as an RTX 4090 or Core i9-14900K, though I'm mainly buying it for resale and want a reliable option that won't run out quickly. What brands or products offer the best balance of performance, quantity, and price?

For a GPU, I’d personally stick with a proven paste such as Arctic MX-6 or Thermal Grizzly Duronaut. If the systems are being resold, though, the cheapest credible paste may make more sense since the buyer may eventually repaste the machine anyway.
There are inexpensive 120-gram options sold as multiple 30-gram syringes. One such product was reported to work well on CPUs and cost about $16 during a sale, though it’s worth checking reviews and seller reliability before buying large quantities.
Noctua paste is also reliable, while GD900 is a commonly mentioned budget option. Just make sure the bulk listing is genuine and not an unknown paste with exaggerated specifications.
Arctic MX-4 is a dependable choice, but the largest common package is only around 45 grams, so it may not meet your bulk requirement. MX-6 is another good-value option if you can find it in a larger package.
For normal CPU use, most established name-brand thermal pastes perform similarly. I’d prioritize price, shelf life, and whether the product comes from a reputable seller rather than paying extra for tiny performance differences.
