I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and would like some recommendations. My current system has an Intel i7-13700K and an RTX 3060. I'm hoping to spend less than $750, although I could stretch toward that limit if the upgrade is worthwhile. My case also may not have enough room for a triple-fan graphics card, so a comparable dual-fan option would be preferable. If you’d rather stay farther below your maximum budget, the regular RX 9070 is another option. It costs less, though its performance-per-dollar may not be quite as good. Look specifically for a two-fan model if triple-fan cards won’t fit in your case. Also check your power supply; a 750W ATX 3.1 unit or better may be needed depending on the exact card and the PSU you currently have.
The i7-13700K is still an excellent gaming CPU, so it shouldn’t hold back a substantial GPU upgrade. Around this budget, the Radeon RX 9070 XT is a strong option, with some models available close to $750. Just make sure the card’s length and thickness fit your case before buying.
