I'm planning a gaming-focused upgrade and have a budget of about $1,300–$1,500 in Poland. My current system has an Intel Core i5-12600KF, an RTX 3060 12GB, and 32GB of RAM. I'm considering either a Zotac RTX 5070 Solid OC 12GB or a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Windforce OC SFF 12GB for graphics, along with either an Intel Core i7-14700KF or an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus for the processor. I mainly play Battlefield 6 and Arena Breakout Infinite, and I'd like the system to handle upcoming games such as Wardogs and Blood of Dawnwalker. Which upgrade makes the most sense for performance and future value?

For gaming, the Radeon RX 9070 XT is probably worth considering instead of either RTX 5070. It is generally faster in standard rasterized gaming and can sometimes be found for less money. The RTX 5070 still makes more sense if you specifically prioritize Nvidia features such as DLSS, ray tracing, or CUDA-related software.
I wouldn’t replace the 12600KF with the 14700KF solely for gaming unless you find it at a very good price. The improvement may be fairly small compared with putting that money toward the graphics card. The newer Core Ultra option would require a compatible motherboard and may also require new DDR5 memory, so the platform cost could make it poor value. A sensible upgrade would be to keep the current CPU for now, choose the strongest GPU that fits your budget, and upgrade the CPU and motherboard later if testing shows the processor is limiting performance.
