I'm in Europe and have a GPU budget of roughly €300–€400. I mainly play BeamNG.drive, Counter-Strike 2, War Thunder, and Teardown, and I'd like some headroom for future games such as GTA 6. My current system has an Intel Core i7-8700, a GTX 1660 6GB, and I play at 1080p. The cards I'm considering are an Intel Arc B580 for about €350, an RX 7600 for around €360, an RTX 5060 for approximately €429, and a used RTX 3060 Ti for about €423. Which option would make the most sense with my CPU and budget?

New Nvidia cards are fairly expensive in this price range, so AMD or a used card is likely the better deal. If you specifically want Nvidia features, a used RTX 4060 Ti near €400 could be an option, but compare its price against faster used cards before buying.
Look for a used RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6600 XT instead. A 3060 Ti around €200 or an RX 6600 XT for slightly less would be much more sensible than paying over €400 for older cards. Just make sure the seller is reputable and test the card before keeping it.
At these prices, the used market may offer much better value. A used RTX 3080 around €350 would be considerably faster than the new cards you listed, although you should check its condition, power requirements, and whether your power supply can handle it. A used RX 6800 XT is also worth considering if you want more VRAM.
The RTX 5060 is probably the safest choice among your listed new options for 1080p, but your i7-8700 may limit performance in CPU-heavy games, especially Counter-Strike 2 and BeamNG.drive. The B580 has more VRAM, but its value depends on current drivers and game support. If you can save more, a 16GB midrange card would provide better long-term headroom for demanding future games.
For 1080p, both the RTX 5060 and B580 should handle current games well. The bigger concern is that GTA 6 may be demanding, so buying a stronger used card or one with 16GB of VRAM could make more sense than focusing only on today’s frame rates.
