I run a tech business and recently took in a 2019 MacBook Pro for a thorough cleaning and to apply new thermal paste. The logic board had to be removed to detach the heatsink, but now that I've reassembled it (several times), the laptop won't power on, and it doesn't even charge. I've checked the system multiple times and see no visible damage to the logic board or any cables. I even tried using a spare battery for this model, but that didn't help either. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should check before I decide to order a new logic board?
**UPDATE:** Without the power supply plugged in, the fuse shows 1.88v from the battery. When I plug in the power supply, it reads over 12v, but it still isn't charging or pulling any amps. What's going on?

Have you checked the power plug slot for any voltage issues or signs of a short on the logic board? That can sometimes cause these types of problems. It’s worth examining closely!

I've tested the power supply with another known working one, but I'm not sure where to check for a short on the logic board since I'm not experienced with board-level repairs.
