I'm looking to build a gaming PC that can handle 4K gaming and some multitasking without breaking the bank. My budget is under $4000. I've done some research and put together a list of components, but I'm feeling lost about a few of them. Here's what I have so far:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Aqua Elite V3 66.17 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
- **Motherboard:** MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory:** Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32
- **Storage:** Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
- **Storage:** Seagate Desktop HDD 4 TB 3.5" 5900 RPM Internal Hard Drive
- **Video Card:** MSI SHADOW 3X OC GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB
- **Case:** Antec C8 ATX Full Tower Case
- **Power Supply:** Corsair RM1200x SHIFT 1200 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular
- **Monitor:** Samsung Odyssey G7 28.0" 3840 x 2160 144 Hz

Could you please review my setup and suggest any changes or improvements?

Overall, your build looks solid, but I’d definitely suggest swapping out that hard drive for a better SSD. HDDs are pretty outdated for gaming these days, and an SSD will significantly speed up load times.

Yeah, I figured it was mostly for storage, but SSD prices have been a pain lately!
