Advice Needed for Building a Gaming PC Specifically for Sims 4 and More

Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a pickle and could really use your guidance. I'm currently stuck with a 2016 iMac that has been struggling to run games I enjoy, especially The Sims 4 due to my massive 45GB of mods—it ran so slow after that! I've cleared my iMac and now it's smoother, but it means I can't play The Sims anymore until I find a better solution. I'm seriously considering building my first gaming PC and need help figuring out where to start. I'm aiming to play not just The Sims 4, but also other titles like Overwatch and Dead by Daylight. My budget is around £1500, but I'm open to stretching that a bit if necessary. I'd appreciate any insights or explanations as I tackle this! I've looked at some PC builds before, but they feel outdated. What do you think?

- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 EAGLE - £173.91
- **Memory**: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB DDR5 - £82.99
- **Storage**: Western Digital Black 2 TB SSD - £99.98

This looks like a solid option! Could you break it down a bit more for me? And what OS would you recommend using?
