Advice Needed for Building a PC for Adobe Creative Work

I'm in the market for a new PC specifically for work with Adobe programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. My primary focus will be on 2D graphic design, desktop publishing layout tasks, preparing materials for print, and working with large raster and vector files. This won't be a gaming rig—it's going to be strictly for work. I'm flexible with the operating system and just need a solid machine for design tasks. I plan to use a 1 TB SSD since most of my work will be based on a network drive, with the local drive only needed for the OS and Adobe software. I'd appreciate suggestions across different budget ranges, along with insights on whether Intel or AMD would better suit this workflow. Ideally, I'm looking to stay within a budget of PLN 5,000–6,000 (1000-1500€). Thanks in advance!

Check out this build I found! It includes a 20-core CPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, a 1TB SSD, and an 8GB GPU. This setup should really help with your Adobe work and future-proof your PC a bit.
