You should definitely go for an NVMe SSD instead of a SATA one since they are often the same price now and offer much better speeds. Go for at least a Ryzen 5000 series CPU. Also, think about what graphics settings you want: high, low, or ultra? The Intel B580 has been dropping in price and might give you more bang for your buck compared to AMD's offerings right now.
