Advice Needed for Completing My First Gaming PC Build

I'm new to building PCs, but I have experience with hardware replacements, so I'm hoping to avoid any major disasters. Currently, I play Hell Let Loose, and my Alienware laptop isn't keeping up. I've decided on some key components:

- GPU: MSI GAMING TRIO OC GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB (already purchased)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core
- Motherboard: MSI PRO X870E-P WIFI ATX AM5
- Memory: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36

Now, I'm looking for suggestions on an SSD, case, CPU cooler, and PSU compatible with these parts. I've chosen the CPU, RAM, and motherboard from a Microcenter bundle to save money, and I think they should work well even if a bit overkill for Hell Let Loose. Also, can these components handle a 4k monitor?

When it comes to building, do these components usually come with all the necessary hardware and cables, or should I buy a kit? Any guide recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

You've already picked some solid core components! A few tips to help you finish your build:
- For the SSD, a good Gen4 NVMe will serve you well; you won't notice much difference with Gen5 in regular gaming.
- When choosing a cooler, think about how loud it is and how well it fits in your case; airflow is key.
- Invest in a good quality PSU because it's one of those components you really don't want to cheap out on.

If you need help picking specific models or brands, I'm here to assist you in making those choices so you feel confident!

That's great to hear! I always get stuck on deciding parts too. It helps to know a reliable SSD and PSU can make a big difference.

You’ve got this! Since you're not looking for RGB, you can focus on function over form, which simplifies your case choice.
Make sure to check compatibility with tools like PCPartPicker; they often help in making sure everything fits well together. And generally, components come with the essentials, but it’s good to double-check if you need anything extra like screws or cables.
