Hello everyone! I'm planning to build a new PC with an AM5 setup in the next month, primarily for gaming on a 34" 1440p ultrawide monitor. Currently, I have a Ryzen 7 5700g paired with a 6600 XT, which I want to upgrade for better performance. I'm being mindful of budget since I'm not footing the bill, so I want to choose my parts wisely. I'm considering these CPUs: 7600x3D, 7700x, and 7600x. For GPUs, I'm looking at the 9070 XT, 9060 XT, 5060 Ti, and 5070—all 16GB options, except for the 5070. My initial thought is to go with the combination of 7600x3D and 9070 XT. Are there any other CPUs that might be better but still cost-effective? Also, should I go for a 750W PSU or an 850W for extra headroom? Thanks for any help!

I'd say go with the 7600x3D if gaming is your main focus. It's a solid choice for performance.
The 7800x3D is actually $70 less than the 7600x3D and the 9800x3D is only $35 more. I recommend the 7800x3D with the 9070 XT; it's a great combo. If you're interested in AI or better ray tracing performance, the 5070 Ti is worth considering, though it's a bit pricier. You can't go wrong with either card!

Thanks for the detailed response, man. I’ll check out the 7800x3D.
