I'm in the process of upgrading my network to 10Gb and want to make sure my PC can utilize this speed. I'm looking for a network adapter that has an RJ45 port and can support up to 10Gb. My specific motherboard is the Gigabyte Z790 AORUS PRO X. I also have an Asus 5090 Astral GPU mounted vertically in the Hyte Y70 case, so I'm concerned about whether an internal adapter will fit, as the GPU occupies most of the space. If there are decent external adapters available, I'm open to those as well. What would be the best option for my setup? Thanks for any help!

Your motherboard's bottom PCIe slots are wired for x4 lanes, so you should be safe choosing any PCIe card that gets good reviews for 10Gb performance.

I'm just a bit apprehensive about an internal card fitting. Since my GPU is vertically mounted, it blocks those slots. Here's how it looks: https://imgur.com/a/ymIrJL2
