I'm dealing with a whiny turbulence noise from my current exhaust fan setup. I'm thinking about relocating the CPU cooler fans to the middle and rear positions to serve as an exhaust. Would adding a fan on the top help, or is the rear fan position enough for effective exhaust? For context, I'm using an NXZT H3 flow case. My CPU is a Ryzen 7600, and my GPU is an ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super. I've also included a rough diagram to illustrate my setup.

Those triple fans on your CPU cooler can be loud. If it's noisy, consider putting the exhaust on the top instead; it might help with both sound and airflow.
Have you double-checked if that noise is really turbulence or coil whine? If you rearrange the front CPU cooler fan to the back of the radiator, it might disrupt airflow since fans tend to perform better pushing air instead of pulling it through obstructions. It could affect performance, but you can test it out and see what changes.
The cooling needs of your CPU can dictate fan setup. For example, I've got a case without a rear exhaust fan and use just the CPU fan blowing out the back, and it works well for my setup. However, since your Ryzen 7600 runs at 65W, you might not need a dedicated exhaust fan unless you have other heat sources.

I'm curious, how does not having an exhaust affect GPU temps for your setup?
