I'm making my first switch from Intel to AMD, moving from an i9 13900k to a 9800X3D. Right now, I'm experiencing a bottleneck at 4K with my RTX 5090, where the GPU usage drops to as low as 85%. I have DDR5 6000 CL36 Corsair Dominator RAM (model: CMT32GX5M2X6000C36). Will this RAM work well with the 9800X3D, or should I consider upgrading to 6000 CL30 RAM for better performance?

I'd recommend sticking with your current RAM. It's perfectly good for the 9800X3D, and upgrading to a faster RAM just for a slight performance gain doesn’t make much sense.
