I'm looking to build a budget PC that can handle gaming at 1440p. I posted my current parts list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6sW9MC. If you have any suggestions for parts that offer better price-to-performance ratios or any areas where I can improve my selection, I would really appreciate your feedback!

If you're not set on a small form factor GPU, it's usually better to stick with a standard-sized one for better cooling and quieter fans. The 990 Pro is a fantastic choice, but if you're on a tight budget, consider opting for something a little less high-end!

Honestly, your GPU is probably more than enough! You could even go for a 9060XT and still perform great at 1440p. Just a thought!

I can't comment on your local availability, but I think the 990 Pro SSD is a bit overkill for your setup. You could save some cash by going for a cheaper option that still offers great performance, like a 2TB model which is only about $20 more. Just something to consider!

I'd suggest picking up a MSRP model of the 5070. It could suit your needs quite well!

You might want to swap out the Montech Century II for a better PSU with a higher wattage that's also cheaper. Also, you won't really need that pricey NVMe SSD; a good TLC model like the CLEVV Kraas or Teamgroup MP44L would work just fine for gaming. And while your CPU, cooler, GPU, and case are solid, just keep in mind the case lacks fans; throw in a couple of Arctic Slim fans and you should be good to go!

What frame rates are you aiming for at 1440p and what games are you planning to play? I run most games on 1440p with an i5-6600 and a 6600XT at about 60fps and it works pretty well!
