I recently upgraded my GPU from a 1660 Super to a 9060 XT, but I'm not seeing much of an improvement in my FPS while playing Valorant. I'm typically hitting around 200-250 FPS with the 1660 Super, and it feels like my new GPU isn't being fully utilized, nor is my Intel i5 11600K CPU. Could it be that my CPU isn't powerful enough for this GPU? Is there anything I can do to improve my FPS without having to buy a new CPU?

In a game like Valorant, you're probably hitting a CPU bottleneck. The game tends to rely more on the CPU, and that can limit your FPS even if your GPU has more headroom.
You might want to consider overclocking your CPU or adjusting your memory timings. Often, there's a memory bandwidth bottleneck that can affect performance before you even hit a real CPU limitation.
Thanks for the tip! How much should I consider overclocking my CPU safely?
