I'm currently using an RTX 3060 in my setup and I'm planning to build a new rig. I'm considering upgrading to either an RTX 4070 Ti or 4080, but availability in the UK seems really low. Lately, I've noticed that there are plenty of AMD GPUs in stock at decent prices. What do you all recommend for my situation? By the way, I'm open to putting my 3060 into the new build and waiting a bit, but I'd love some insights! Also, if I can find a good deal, I'm leaning towards getting the RX 9070 XT.

You might want to check out the RX 7700 XT or 7800 XT. They seem like solid options right now!
You’re probably not going to find many 4000 series cards since they are out of production. Here's a helpful GPU hierarchy chart I found. It might help you make your decision.
Also, keep in mind the RX 9070 XT offers great value and can compete reasonably well with the 4080, especially if you're able to grab one for around £670!
I’m using the 7900 XTX, but I wouldn’t highly recommend it. A lot of games require upscaling to run well, which can be a bit annoying. So, if it were up to me, I’d lean towards an Nvidia card for the superior upscaling features.
Thanks for the insight! I appreciate knowing about the upscaling issues.
