I'm a fresh graduate considering a career in DevOps. I have a solid understanding of the basics, and I'm wondering if Microsoft certifications like Azure Administrator, Developer, or DevOps Engineer would be sufficient for me to land a job in this field. Alternatively, should I focus on other certifications such as Terraform Associate or the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)?

Certifications alone usually aren’t enough. When hiring, many employers prioritize practical experience over pieces of paper. Through internships or real projects is where you’ll learn how to handle challenges like untested code releases and server outages. Focus on building up your practical skills instead.
While certifications can help get your foot in the door, DevOps roles usually require a deeper understanding of development, networking, and system administration. It's better to gain practical experience, so starting with an entry-level position can be beneficial. Certifications alone won't equip you with the hands-on skills needed for real-world scenarios.
I've worked on full projects involving Terraform for infrastructure and CI/CD setups deploying to Kubernetes. Should I still add Azure certs to my profile?

I already have internship experience and am working on projects. I'm curious what the most important thing I should be focusing on now is to enhance my profile.
