I've got a 9800X3D CPU and a 7900XT GPU. My GPU seems to be fine, idling around 30°C to 40°C. However, my CPU idles between 65°C to 69°C, and during gaming, it can hit temperatures between 70°C and 80°C. Are these idle temps normal? I'm using a Deepcool AK620 Zero Dark for cooling, but it gets quite loud while gaming and still noticeably loud even when idle.

Make sure to set a fan curve in your BIOS. The CPU fan should be spinning faster for better temps. You might want to remount your cooler if the thermal paste looks dry—could be affecting your CPU.
Yeah, those idle temps sound abnormal. If the thermal paste is too thin or old, it could be a factor. Check how much you've applied; it should generally be about the size of a pea or a bean.
Those CPU idle temps are pretty high, especially in the 60s. While the peak temps during gaming are manageable, it's worth checking what other apps are running in the background that could affect that. You might want to take a look at your thermal paste too.
I haven't set a fan curve for the CPU fan, and it runs around 900 RPM. Maybe I should adjust that.
