Has anyone else encountered problems with SharePoint Online services this morning? I'm noticing that pages are loading slowly, I'm getting frequent 503 errors, and users are having trouble uploading or saving documents in synced libraries. I couldn't find any alerts in the M365 Admin Center or anywhere else.

In the northeast US, we have reports about access problems with SharePoint Online and OneDrive. Users are facing delays and navigation errors, so it seems this might be more widespread.
